28:30 what do you think about 3betting A5o pre? It should look really strong with this stack size and we have a blocker. I also think it's less variance than shoving and calling is kinda awkward as you mentioned.

The 88 hand is kind of close. I think he isn't shoving anything stupid with 20bbs because there are smaller stacks. Also you have a great stack and you don't really need to take marginal spots like this. I would go with 99+.
