Hi!

So happy to be here again. Actually its my first time here but i was a frequent MTT user in RIO Forums. Long story short: I played for kinda 1 year and some months struggling in micro and low, and manage to build some bankroll the last months playing. It was consuming me a lot of time since I was studying acting too! I decided to take my bankroll out and invest it somewhere else. Now im kinda being more free of time and with some passive income. I LOVE MTTS, but they take me too much time. I want to know where is a place to start learning cash and begin this journey.

Points to clarify:

. I know cash takes a lot of time since its 10x in studying time. But the playing time is in my decission.
. While i played mtts, i went pretty deep on GTO, which was a mistake since i was playing micro/low, so i have a pretty good base of gto and explotative play.

My goal is to study a lot of course, but not be attached to a timeframe. So if one day i can only play/study 3 hours, i only do those 3 hours. I know the journey will be longer but its ok for me.

Where do you recommend me to start learning the differences between mtt and cash? Since the game is the same, the strategy is different.

Just a simple question what you reccomend your Bankroll to Buy ratio would be? 100 Average Buy in? 200?
im actually at 200 average buy in. Thats ok? How do i calculate what my ABI should be?

Im actually stucked playing 1-4$ mtts, and I have a problem with Studying-Playing. Im actually studying stuff from Run It Once and Upswing Poker. Most of the content is intended to reach a balanced gto play. The problem is that 80% of micros dont play balanced. So... what should i do? play GTO or explotaitive? Should i wait till 10$ mtts where the amount of players playing balanced is higher?

The thing also is that i encounter myself in situation wher playing polarized prints money, but not always. Should i simply fall into Value playing with little bluffs?

I think he mostly have Ax, when he bets the flop. When he check the turn he mostly have the weak Ax, and that river bet looks strange, since he wont extract value from me with his weak aces. What do you think?

Hi!

Shoving QQ vs a looking normal player, with 50bb is wrong? I know that if someone shoves 70bb, most of the time is QQ+, so since how many BB you consider shoving QQ. Lets add the factor that we are in Micros, and they might be calling with AK or AQ, however if I 4bet AK wont shove so maybe i should be 4betting.

Playing against a looking reg, he looks like he is capable of bluffing. OTF im calling of course with position and some equity. OTT opens another flush draw where he can still be bluffing, however i think i cant call with these, since i will have better hands to call with. However when i call de turn i think i have to call the river.

Should i be betting this river? The thing is he has a lot of Jacks. He calls the turn with JTs, KJ, AJ, JJ, the first two are calling due to BU in micros players play it very loose, also are calling this turn with TT, 99, QJ, 88, 77, but also KQ, QT, AK(maybe calling pre and check OTF?), AT.

OTF im calling obviously, since lot of recs bet this kind of flop thinking that because is paired i didt hit anything. But when he shoves the turn makes me think he could have hands that call the limp pre like QJ, AJ, KJ, but also suited connectors and pairs. Should i cal the shove? Dont have data on him

Should i fold this river? When he leads OTF vs 3 players, he could be doing it with Ax but also KJ, KQ, with one diamond. The check in the turn i dont see it doing it with aces, only the weak ones. I block the straight, and he may be betting worse K after my checkback on the turn. He looks like reg.

Recently played at gg poker where i cant use Pokertracker so i wrote down two situation.

KQ utg 18BB. 8 Players at table.
To mi left a big stack super loose. I raise 2.3bb, the big stack makes the call, and in the BTN 10bb stack shoves. What should i do? Call? I shouldnt open? We are 5 to cash, its a bounty tourney and i have 2.5 buy ins in bounty, and if i dont cash i dont cash the bounty either.

All stacks go from 5 to 8 bb, only one big stack at BTN with 40bb, kind of loose. I went all in to put pressure, since we are 2 away from cashing(Same tourney as before). Being close to cash, I expect no one to call, the big stack calls with 9j and wins. Now that i see the situation again, I should maybe be raising and folding flops to his bets, since if i raise and some short stack goes all in i can call. Kind of lost in this situation.
