Y, chalk it up to inexperience and idiotic over-thinking, I butchered this hand on pretty much every street in every way.
Thanks for the comments and advice.

For those that advocating open jam, is this something we are doing with our entire range and this stack size? At what stack size does raise/call or raise/fold become preferable.
Not sure why Hero chose to 2.5x instead of MR, but are we not able to raise/fold (against say sub 5% 3bettors that cover) or raise/call against looser 3b'rs and shallower stacks. Do we not potentially gain more (assuming we think we are better than the field) by playing the hand in a way that allows us more options?

Sorry if this is an awful question, but how do you determine such an exact range in this spot? How do you know it's +0.64bb? Link to website/program/whatever it is please.

Okay, this should be prefaced by saying that I've only ever played maybe 4 live tourneys and not many more online, mostly stick to online cash, but thought it would be fun to venture outside. Never played a satellite, live or online.
~44 start and 1/5 get a ticket, so around 8 tickets available. 20 players left.
Average stack should be around 44k
I have 23K, both villains cover, CO just covers and will be crippled if we're all in and I win, BTN covers both of us easily and can afford to take a hit.
I'd played one other tourney here prior to this one and the level of play in this I guess would compare to say a $3.5 Turbo 45 Man SNG, IDK, I played a bunch of 45 man $30, $15 and $7 and the level of play in them was far superior to this, so I'm guessing maybe the level below is comparable, then again, maybe not.
Everyone started off cally, now the table has gotten very tight but with limp folds and raise folds.
Newish tbl for me
CO seems tight/passive/bad
BTN was moved here just 3 hands ago and I played with him on my first table for a long time, he's spewy and awful, donk bluffs air relentlessly, bets any 2 when chkd too, calls a lot (usually folding vs barrels and raises).
Assigning them HUD stats, I'd prob give them something like:
CO: vpip 20/pfr 5/3b 1/ agg f 1.
BTN: vpip 60/pfr 20/3b 5/ agg f 2
Can't say how they perceive me if at all, BTN probably thinks he can bluff me, although I've CR'D and raised him several times in the past (he folded everytime). I've been fairly tight, although opened up the last orbit with some steals, nothing shown down.
Not sure of my play, was really torn between chking and betting turn, I don't like taking the high variance route against weak opposition, but my thinking is I need to build my stack a bit as I'm quite a bit below average, the table has tightened up a lot and stealing seems profitable (apart from the problematic button, but I have a fairly good feel for what he's doing and where he's at). I didn't think either range was particularly strong, especially the BTN and there's already 20.8K out there with less than a PSB for me.
I think I chk fold any non heart turn, T and 7 are interesting and I'd need to think about what I'm doing with them.
Thoughts, comments on all streets welcome, advice on SAT strategy appreciated :)
