Calling to go 3 way to the turn isn't great as it's likely someone has a flush draw. Donk leading flop is also an option as it would force out the cut off's weaker hands that have equity against whilst letting the button peel wider.

First of all bet turn. It sounds like you're pot controlling and guessing what to do on blank rivers of which heavily influences this river decision.

That said the heavier weighted toward JT villain is the more we should lead.

Also bear in mind if we ever get here with the naked K of Hearts we'll be bluffing big.
 

Definitely c-bet the flop to keep the lead with the Ace of spades.
