Hi, I am an Argentinian poker beginner that is trying to beat this game as a personal goal.
I am 30 years old, and started to aim to become a Poker Pro after COVID appeared as I saw it as a great opportunity to never worry about money on a similar event like this one in the future.
I personally have the goal of beating the game to show myself, and anyone who can be motivated by this, that success is at hand for anyone who is willing to pursue it! I love mental games, I love strategy games, and I consider myself a smart person (MENSA member), but I know that is not nearly enough to succeed.
Found out that the Journal is going to help on keeping track of my goals, and as I have purchased a Monthly Subscription in RIO, it will be here instead of anywhere else or a notebook. Honestly, the Journal from Saulo Costa had a huge impact on me, here you have it: Puirsuit of legendary performance
**MY GOAL**Grind from NL5 to NL100 and learn how to play 99% of Postflop spots to prepare myself for transitioning to MTT with a solid winrate that can give me a good monthly income to hold the variance MTT can give.
**MY PLAN**1) Play 100k a month (Almost 4k daily playing 4 regular tables adding 1/2 zoom given the comfort of my mental game)
2) Meditate everyday
3) Study everyday in the form of: Database reviews/Play and Explain videos/Specific studies of spots I am struggling with.
4) Start training/running consistently and eating healthy.
Current status
I am winning 12 bb/100 at NL5 but struggling to transition to NL10
Here the graph: NL5
I will update weekly/monthly and try to post hands as much as I can.
Hope this helps anyone, at least me lol
Cheers, GL
