Not sure if this is the right section this so apologies if so. I am part of Team Bink, we are a group on facebook full of online/live grinders. We discuss hands/results etc. We run tourneys on Stars. We are looking for some new members. We are all mainly from UK, few europeans and Canadians so obviously the tourney/sngs games will be UK time. If you are interested then leave your facebook name and i will invite you to group. If not then happy grinding.

Im trying to make a go with PLO. Any advice on pre flop game? I heard this is a big part of winning at PLO. Just played 150hands at ZOOM 5PL. Such a small sample but i am opening up at 35% preflop. Is this too high. I won at just over 13$ in the 150 hands. Micros suck but gotta start somewhere. Just basically need some heads-up to what im getting myself into and how i can gain a edge on these micro levels.

Not sure if this is in the wrong section or not, if it is then i am sorry.
Basically i just wanted to ask a question and to gain some advice. I play NLHE 6-max (Micros :( ) and i have this leak were i feel im always being beaten by the nuts. For example i have KK preflop and i 3bet and i someone 4bets me and i call. The flop comes A27 for example. Now i automatically think they are holding Ax. Or another example im holding AK and flop comes AK10 and i bet and get raised. Now my first instinct is his holding JQ. Is this a mental thing? Or is this because i think its purely Online poker and they are prob holding the nuts. Any ideas how i can overcome this. I feel like i am folding to many hands for this reason. This might sound stupid to some but its worth a try.

July 28, 2013 | 10:02 p.m.
No not really. I mainly play micro 180mans. So it will be a massive insight too see how the pros play them. Ok I will be patient. Sure it will be plus EV :)
June 3, 2013 | 6:30 a.m.
Is there going to be any contents uploaded on here for SNG's?

May 30, 2013 | 9:35 p.m.
I mainly play the 180mans. Top 27 pay but it's top heavy for first 3.
May 30, 2013 | 8:32 p.m.
Is there much difference between MTT and SNG'S? Other than big field sizes. But if I was to buy the moshman book could it help me with MTT also?
May 29, 2013 | 4:46 p.m.
I will look into them books and order them. Thanks for the advice guys.

Basically I'm a break even player. I have a 22% ROI over a sample size of 1500games (not sure if that's good?). That's mainly SNGS. I lose all my money playing cash games which I'm not rolled for.
I want to take myself to that next level. I read on here in threads and I just get lost. I just play poker with a basic knowledge of the game. I don't know all this equity %, ICM, ranges etc. Sounds so technical. Is there any good advice on how I can take myself to another level and become a winning player and knowing as much knowledge as you guys? Books?
There may be no answers but I feel this is the right forum to ask.

Basically I'm after a new Laptop purposely built to multi table and run a HUD smoothly. Was looking at the MacBook Pros. Anyone on here use one for online poker? Also would there be much difference in terms of a Retina model? I know the price difference is huge. Worth it? Or maybe someone grinds on another laptop that is cheaper than Apples. Want value for money. Hopefully there are some comp wizards on here.

Cheers for replies.
@Blue_Eyes yeh that would be good. Send it by email. [email protected]
@computerscreen I currently have over a 50%ROI in the $1 hypers but I'm still not sure when to push. It's so fast paced, I see people shove with the loosest of ranges which I can't seem to find the right time to push. I have won and made FT loads of times. But I see the hypers as more luck than skill which is why I was wondering how a pro would play.
Ok thank you very much. I will see how i get on.
