Excellent process. Thanks for sharing.
I like the idea of using the notes to formalize thoughts and to spot leaks in real-time, but do you utilize these notes after your practice session? Will you consolidate some key takeaways into another note, making a list of heuristics? Or will you come back and revisit the notes at a later date, like when you notice a mistake in your HH?

I believe that in this situation, BU will have all sets/2-pair/overpairs, while SB would have 3-bet JJ+ and 99 at some frequency preflop, giving BU the nut advantage. SB will be more concentrated around hands like A9s and 65s, giving their range a high concentration of decent, but not nutted hands. So although BU has all the top-end stuff, his range is still diluted with a lot of air like the Q2s, bringing the overall range equity down.

Just wanna say that I love your videos with tons of detail and nuance. I watch these in an attempt to adopt the thought process of a better player, and your style of instruction does very well to that end.

Amazing! Thanks for putting the time into this. It's nice to see that, as expected, the larger donks are heavily weighted towards value.
One spot that confuses the hell out me on low-stakes Ignition is the flop min-raise. I seem to see a wide array of hands doing this. It would be awesome to see you dig into that.

As a micro/low stakes player in the US, I greatly appreciate your videos. It's nice to see sites and stakes that are more relatable.
Good format as well. Mimics the flow of a real sesh and analysis.
Thanks!

I noticed this too. My guess is that the additions we're found to generally be +EV under normal conditions. The game has evolved somewhat since TGM was released so these are likely just more modern default ranges.

Yeah, it's my understanding that we would want to size large on this flop with strong value/bluffs.
But with this hand, I would likely x/c given how well this hits BB's range and our hand has some SDV

Your instinct is probably right. I try to split my dedicated time to 50/50 study/play with some hand history review in there as well. This is what Pete Clarke recommends when you're fairly new to studying, and it's served me well so far.
Outside of technical learning and application at the tables, I work on my mental game. Mental game vids, daily meditation etc. You don't have to do a ton of this to make a big impact.
Also, if you've never learned foundational strategies and just came off a 5 figure downswing, it may prudent to go down in stakes.
