I think you should check back your hand and act as if you're scared of the flush as well. Hopefully it isn't a 4th club that comes on the river. You can bet again and still represent the bluff once it was shown that both players are scared of (and probably don't have) the flush. Just bet most rivers. If you'll want to be able to bluff in this spot, you might want to choose a sizing that will match with future bluffs giving you a good price (1/2, 2/3, 3/4) or you can choose to overbet here and polarize your range between very strong hands and bluffs. Up to your style and the way your table/game is playing IMO.
