Just signed up for RIO too. Great video. I really like to analyze fully spots but when a new spot I've never experienced before comes up I feel I don't have enough time to do this and I get scared and my logic kind of shuts down it seems. I compensate for this by learning massively and over-training.

Lesson learned-
I'm going to quit my session when I get outplayed/coolered for a stack and lengthen my sessions when I'm on an upswing.

Hand History Where I learned that-
I just learned that when I opened AA in EP2 vs a UTG limp in FRNL, sb,bb,utg call flop is AQJ 2tone, I don't have ace flush blocker. I wanted to checkraise but I realized I'm in position so I cbet 2/3, 2 players call, 1 folds.Turn bricks, I'm scared and don't know what to do so I cbet 2/3 for value. He calls, T river nonflush, he checks pot is bigger than my stack so I've never been in this spot before and I shove for value, he calls with 98s and wrecks me lol. I then proceed to dump a stack to a fish's AK flop raise on Ahigh board when I have AQ which I obviously could've avoided. I learned to bet ip vs a super wet straight-flush board with topset 2/3, then 3/4 for protection in multiway pots, and count the combos of hands I beat and hands that beat me and most likely even if the T didn't come, check river for sdv.

Even though I'm at 21bi for 50nl, I'm glad I'm still learning at 25nl. It feels good to share my thoughts with the universe. Thanks for reading whoever & thanks James.

What's your limp-iso raising size?
I do 4x vs 1 limper and 4x+1 vs multiple limpers. Are these the old-school sizings? K9s at 32:46

I'd love a video with your ranges from ep/mp/lp. I could reverse engineer them over time of course. I'm just a nit trying to learn your tag ways sensei!
