villain is a weaker player that plays 60/0 over 6 hands. I decided to check behind on the flop, because I don't want to bloat the pot on such a wet board with my hand. Om the turn I think I have the best hand, after villain checked twice and I decided to pot in order to get max value from his draws.
I am a bit confused by his river donk sizing. I don't expect him to have any boats or straights. With so many draws missing, I am inclined to call. Am I good on the river ~1/3 of the time?

I've been trying to use RIO's hand convertor, but I get the "invalid hand" message.
Anyway, UTG+1 seems reg, I only have 5 hands on him, and CO fish 51/19. My preflop size is small, it was a miss click.
I'm not really sure about the flop play. I think he would donk or x/c with made hands/draws because of the fish. So the x/r doesn't make any sense to me.
What would've been the best action?

CO: $103.14
BN: $100 (Hero)
SB: $67.56
BB: $118.51
UTG: $122.52
CO some nitty reg playing 19/15 with a 3bet of 5 and folds to cbet 48%
UTG folds, HJ raises to $3, CO calls $3, Hero raises to $11, SB folds, BB folds, HJ calls $8, CO calls $8
I'm not really sure what should be the play here. Should a shove get him off the 1P hands like 88,99 some Txs? Or is just overplay here to shove and we should get a free card?

I've seen him donking before, but I don't know what is he doing this with.
