Because, if villains range is a pure value range and has no 3-bet bluffs, which is unlikely your basically flipping on flop against a value 3 bet range of 77+ kq+ aj+.
So, If you apply that to the turn spot. What hands are you trying to fold by jamming an 2/3 pot turn bet and river shove would not fold. Does not seem to be higher EV.
However I would love to hear others thoughts on this hand.

If my math is correct, you would be jamming 2x pot on turn. That seems a little large.
I would probably play more aggressively on flop since you flopped a straight flush gutter.
I am torn between betting an amount to be able to not over shove River and checking back turn.

Just curious, so are yall saying your jamming this river often when the turn checks back on these runouts?

Villain is a mid to late twenties looking guy. Wears a beanie and sunglasses. Seems very friendly with the staff, and talks about playing all the no limit events. I would think he views me as a typical recreational, probably a little on the tighter side. In the first three hours, it seems like I was either dealt 92os or KK. Not many marginal spots where I appeared overly active.
Villain has played interestingly so far to me. He has open limped a few times from early position and made very small flop bets to win pots. Ran a couple of bluffs that did not work. Complains constantly. Very active, but not real aggressive.
This is the 75/150 level. I start the hand with about $7200, and villain has around $4k.
I open 8s, 8c from Middle position to $350. Villain flats from small blind.
Pot ($850).
Flop is 7s,5s,2h. Villain donks $475, I raise to $1100. Villain Calls.
Pot ($3050).
Turn is the 4h. Villian leads for $1450 with about $1500 behind. Hero?

Honestly, it would be hard for me to find a fold on the turn. It's just hard not to think based on your range he has a lot of bluffs here.

I am new here, so I may not be much help but here goes....
First off on the turn if I measure it correctly on the turn the pot is $6800. So you have to call 5300 to win 12,100. So based simply on the price of you flush the odds are not there.
Secondly if he views you as you say, then he perceives your preflop range as maybe all pairs, QJs+, A10s+. On the turn, your range appears to be somewhere around pairs, jack combos. I think this card appears to be much better for his range than yours.
Given your analysis of his range, I think betting far outweighs check raising because I think Villian checks back a ton here
