I think these kind of videos are also very useful, because it reflects more whats actually happening in the daily grind and fast decision making is an important skill. So its good to hear how the intuitive first thoughts from a good player like Gary look like and which exploits he is making.Thats whats making the most money at the end and his results show that he knows his stuff. Some other coaches are sometimes too focused on theory for my taste and making decisions only based on the randomizer. I can solve spots on my own so thats not necessarily whats providing the most value for me. But I agree that 3 tables of zoom would be enough.
