Can anyone math inclined tell me what a +1bb out of every turn bet that followed a bet and a call on the flop mean in terms of bb/100?
More exactly +1bb out of every 30bb+ POT. I don't know math formulae. My reasoning was as follows:
Vpip 25, flop is like 25% to go to the turn maybe, bet-calls + c-calls? then you got 44% barrel so 11% of the time out of 25% of 100 hands is 2.75 hands. And i figure you win about half of those. So 1.3 out of every 100 hands you lose 1-2 more bb?

Given the rake changes, players getting better, idk, economy crumbling... is starting online poker with let's say some medium knowledge even worth trying? Or the best you could do is end up with about the same money you make from an above average job and no pension? I mean can you actually build a sizeable bankroll and is it wise to try and do it? Watched joeingram and the biggest winner according to him was +500k and a ton of awesome players were losing.

don't think you should 3bet these junk kings unless he's really bad and passive postflop, you can either bet like 33-45% or whatever is gto in this spot or bet larger and just use your brain to calculate x amount on flop + x amount on turn = potsize on river

I didn't feel like playing, killed it last 3 days and felt I was in for some massive sucking outs but I did start playing and soon enough they would start turning top sets on disguised bricks and fulls even when I flopped quads, not that I minded that one and after 4k hands I found myself 100bbs short of breaking even on ev line, I was down like 1000 on green but I don't care about that one. So even though I had a fever, hadn't eaten in like 10 hours, was awake for 18 and was running unimaginably bad I just couldn't stop playing. And that stupid cough wouldn't stop, IT JUST WOULDN'T STOP! Every single surprise i was shown had to come together with a spasm that would knock me out my fkin chair. Ended up playing 3 more hours, dumped about 200bbs from tilt and finally closed poker stars from the X button. Anyone else has this problem? I've got 0 problems stopping when I crush. :| And just now I realize that I slept 5 hours and think about playing again.

Thanks for reply, felt I was gonna get shown JJ quite a bit and maybe should've called turn and fold on blanks and 2s and 6es and call straight J 9 but seemed really stupid and was pretty tilted this sesh.

My plan was to float twice and shove river, the squeezer was 16/9 and the UTG player 28/18 so I figured the squeezer is auto folding turns and any competent player would read my hand as QQ by the river, nobody is retarded enough to try this out at these stakes and it is zoom so main villain would view me as random unknown reg with 335 hands, if he even has a hud. I think there's quite a decent chance the queen river convinced him i've got a worse 4 (even though i never do in this particular case against that betsize) so... do you think he would've shoved blanks or was he check folding without and maybe even with boat? Or is it just a dumb idea to try dumb stuff like this even against "regs"?

If you'd like to make some assumptions on a series of paired boards for example 664, 775, 884, 998, 996, how would you create a general strategy with a group of hands and what would you consider relevant to create separate rules for? for example on 775r, an overpair +gutshot might be bet 50%, 65% with nut oesd and 80% with 2nd nut oesd, but the percentages would slightly differ if the board were 776 or 997. Also (again on 775r) do you do stuff like - run through all groups of hands without 2 bdoor fdraws or a 5, then rerun them again with to see if they are relevant blockers/added equity?
