I like the spot here he could put you on a set here like nine or sevens on flop judging from your 3 bet. If he has wrap and your both deep in here he probably didn't want to 4'bet. Turn hits he decides there a good chunk in there for him to try to buy with his busted wrap(what he might be thinking). Then your raise "seals the story" so he decides to back off. I could be totally wrong here but have been playing PLO a lot lately and seeing people do this a lot and yes sometimes it works lol.
