What other hands do you play this way that can call the river? I think a 7 would be a better call then 88+ given that it blocks two pair and a set (assuming he is polar and doesn't valuebet worse than Qx)

because we are betting with our whole range so small bet makes sense, if the middle card pairs on the river then we should lead big as we are polar.

A9ss at 38mins. Why did you raise the turn? You never have AQ here and villain has every AQ. Villain also has all the sets in his range you only have 77 which wouldn't even want to raise the turn. Your hand is ahead of all his bluffs and has enough equity vs his value range to just call.
