Thanks Raoul, I've switched to one of the standard ones on HM2 as I was finding that I was "playing to the HUD." Seems to be working well, great advice, cheers!

I'd be inclined towards a fold here. I ran it through Flopzilla to get a sense of the ranges and on the flop there are only 20 Qx holdings in the capped 18% range I estimated. However, leading out into two players on the turn should, in theory reflect a high degree of strength. Squeezing that range out on the turn and river does not leave much that hero beats and the 45/14 preflop stats lean towards a player type that would naturally be passive. Even tweaking to leave all Tx holdings in still leaves hero good only 24%. Plus then you've got rake to pay.
