Hi,
Please can I have comments on how I played the hand below?
Preflop I think I need to call QT to a min raise if I'm going to remain unexploitable in the BB against BTN who is opening wide, but I struggle with my plan on the flop with this kind of hand.
I'm not sure whether I should just give up on the flop, with only a couple of back door draws? As I elected to continue, I chose to c/r than donk as I expect to get floated a lot with A-high and draw hands that are likely to fold to a c/r and the turn becomes very murky.
My plan is to fold to a 3B shove on the flop, and shove the turn on any card that gives me a pair, or straight/flush draw.
Where I feel conflicted is on the flop, I figure he's pretty much only continuing with a K and maybe JJ/QQ or a really strong draw. Which means that when I shove the turn I'm often getting the money in behind as I can't see him folding a K. I'll check/fold a turn brick.
Check/calling the flop seems awful as we've lost the initiative and are still likely getting money in when behind if we bet the turn.
Thanks guys,
Ian

When you say it says "you are winning at every blind level"... using what measure? Is that in chips or bb/100 or what?
I think bb/100 is a fair indicator of whether you are a winning player at each blind level... if this is looking good as you say it is, then I think you probably need to study your bubble/ICM play rather than whether you are playing specific hands well as most likely you are playing hands that are chip EV but not $ev as the bubble approaches.Sorry - answered a different question to what you asked. I use HM2, so can't hold for your software.
