There is something fishy going on with the MGM Poker software and algorithm and customer care don't seem to want to make it a priority. I've reached out multiple times.
Issue 1 is anyone that plays on BETMGM Poker you should be aware of that two players playing right next to each other can play the same table which in most online poker that is the main level of security (collusion) which should be the easiest and goes without saying for any Poker site.
Somehow a company big as ENTAIN LLC partnered with
BETMGM has failed to secure these securities Amongst other things, it wasn't this issue before the November merger with New Jersey. But since it's almost as if they have allocated very minimal resources to the poker site.
Issue 2 since merger if you wanna know when you should log off and come back and play it is easy to spot, there is a glitch in the system where at certain points in your session your player balance starts reflecting wrong balance, and it doesn't change until you busy or run-bad is over. You at these points will experience super coolers and runbad. I have 4 other friends that plays they all concur once I made them aware and they experienced it.
This also has been elevated to the relevant customer care team with no counter or solution. I'm speaking not to bash ENTAIN & BETMGM CASINO ONLINE but to gain traction and make other players aware and hope of getting these things resolved with bug fixes and software updates and make a safe place for all to play again as it was before the merger
