I'm definitely not good enough to be able to enlighten you but I just want to say that I think you played it pretty well. I would be suspicious too about him c/r the flop with AA, KK, AK or 99, K9 but if he views you as an aggressive, taking stabs not giving up type of guy then I don't think that it would be overly unusual at all particularly considering that you are both deep. On the turn I don't think you can do anything but call so the only debatable thing is your river play imo. I agree with by betting pot you should discourage him from bluffing especially when you're this deep. So it really comes down to the question if you think that he is capable of bluffing in this exact spot for 240BB. On the contrary by betting pot what do you think you can get value from? Do you think he would call with a weird played Kx, or a hand like QdTd or rather a small flush? If so then I think it's perfect if not then you are doing it to induce a bluff? Otherwise wouldn't you essentially be turning your hand into a bluff? Sry for maybe confusing you even more but as I said I'm probably not good enough to give solid advise here.

Hm pretty weird spot, so you 3b an UTG open and get 4b by a guy who has yet to 4b in 1K hands + ya'll are fairly deep. Were you gonna call his 6b shove? Why would you ever want to reopen the betting with a smallish 5b? I mean I get that its sucks to play KK 3-way but you got position. I would just have flatted his 4b. Now as played obv nobody has AA so TT-QQ are pretty likely maybe JT's, T9's for UTG. I guess I would bet like 50ish otf, definitely call a SB shove and sigh call an UTG shove. I think it's pretty likely the SB has QQ or JJ and UTG JJ,TT or T9's JT's - can't imagine him flatting a 4b with 77,88 or 99 but it's not impossible.
