I agree with you that it's important to celebrate little victories along the way.
I live and play in Vegas and my goal is to have $100k in my bank account by December 30, 2019.

Hi! Obviously as poker players, we don't have bosses forcing us to grind & study the amount we need to each week in order to achieve our financial goals. For me, the rational part of my brain knows exactly what I need to do.....actually doing it, consistently, is the hard part.
So I would love to have an accountability partner who is tough/caring enough to actually enforce the negative consequences I set for myself (via stickk.com or beeminder.com) if I fail to meet my targets.
I'm ready to commit to at least a quick daily check-in (via whatsapp or slack or sms etc.) to support and help you achieve your goals as well. I play mostly live nlhe cash, I live in the US (PST), and my schedule is quite flexible.
If we are in similar situations, maybe this could entail some strategy discussion, Pio work, etc....but that's not the point of this. The main focus would be on accountability, volume, routines, habits, motivation, maybe the occasional swift kick in the ass.
Regardless, let's crush it in 2019!

Hey guys -- I am a former online cash game pro and current live cash player who recently moved back to Vegas.
I'm looking for 2 or 3 highly motivated, winning players (at least 7bbs/hour at $5/10 nl or higher) to start a study group to help push each other to get better and better.
In addition to discussing hands and talking strat specific to these games, we could do almost anything imaginable from discussing books, analyzing training videos together, sharing our findings from Piosolver spots, etc.
Let me know if you're interested.

Cool. Where/what do you play?

A friend and I are looking for 3 to 4 more highly motivated, winning players (at least 7bbs/hour at $2/5 or $5/10 nl) for meetups in person or on skype/slack. Discussion would focus on theory/strat specifically vs. the actual player types and table dynamics unique to these games.
Reply here or pm if interested.

Good questions. I have worked out the details but think they are better discussed outside of these forums, with an accountability partner on a 1:1 basis. I think the only major variable you are leaving out is monthly living expenditures.
