Your thinking here is strong and your analysis on what his range "should" be is actuallv very good. Unfortunately this hand is just a little too good when you factor in 1. How many 98s and worse 97s are in the range you thought he may have, and 2. The chance that he could be playing either bad or exploitive, meaning raising too often here, or more likely raising hands worse than yours in an attempt to make you break your hand, yet freezing with hands better so you won't break

Thanks a lot for the video...I have some kinda boring Pre-Flop questions but ithis is the stuff I always second guess myself on.
At 29:30 you open real small in the SB vs BB about 45ish BBs with 96o. Wondering what type of range you work without o there, how much lighter than 96 are you opening, and do you have a limp range there too? As far as sizing, is this your standard size vs most player types? Any insight in to why this is good sizing?
At 35:30, you folded K6o on the button with 14ish BBs. Curious what the worst hands you open there are and if you have a min-raise range or is it all shoves? Would different players in the blinds cause you to open K6o there in some spots?
At 39:30 I am curious what goes in to your decision to limp 68o Blind vs Blind. I think you were 16 or so BBs effective

Maybe I am at a different level as far as learning (not as experienced), but I completely disagree with Dauntless. This is exactly what I was looking for as far as a video, great theory discussion and when Phil agrees with a play that is still a learning opportunity because he usually explains why he likes the play, plus you can also think about why he likes it.
Enjoyed this one thanks
