I dont mind the c/r on the flop and i would barrel all non 9,10 and clubs.
The 9c is a terrible card and it hits his entire calling range on the flop so i look the c/f the turn.

Just getting back into PLO, so take it for what its worth. I like the call on the flop and i'd shove the turn.

I've started reading 'how to study poker' it's making me look at studying poker in a completely different way.

I'm up for this.

I like the x/r vs btn but do we look to do the same vs MP assuming btn folds?

I know it's a old video but this content is still so current. Fantastic content for anyone starting to learn PLO. Why isn't Tom still making video? All his videos have been so informative and easy to follow. Nice work man.

Interesting video, would you recommend these moves at plo 10 and 25?
Couple of two pair hands multi way on wet boards where I wouldn't be looking to stack off., I know it's player dependent, but Its really open my eyes to how aggressive we need to be in certain spots.

Regular tables for me for the same reasons as above!!

Common spot this. Do you not think when we cbet flop and villian shoves, his range has us in bad shape? Do you suggest this because of the low SPR?
I personally prefer C/R and getting it in or bet turn and stack off all decent turn cards. I feel this way we are doing better vs his stacking off range.

Which ever way you open them, they are still a complete waste of time!!
Dec. 8, 2017 | 2:26 p.m.
I would play this the same apart from i would check back this turn.

Very informative video. I will look forward to part 3.

I cant ever see this ever been a bluff. I can't see what we beat that called our re-raise on the flop.
One saying i always say to myself when i face a river bet, especially at these stakes is, ''when they pot it they have it''!!
I would play the flop and turn exactly how you have but i would fold the river.

I think i'm bet a little bigger on the flop for value, ott i dont mind the sizing as the 2 doesn't complete much and we still get value from flushes, straight draws and worse 2 pair, I bet half pot on the river has i still think there is lot of worse 2 pair/Ax hands he would call, but i dont mind the check if villian is likely to bet most of his miss draws.

Firstly i think we can 3bet this pre.
On the flop i think we can just go with our hand, MP has a hand that he wants to go with, we block most sets and we have the NFD.
On the turn our hand is too strong to fold, while picking up a better 2 pair we also have a 2nd FD to go with our NFD. We most certainly have more than 33% eq
Nov. 26, 2017 | 9:10 a.m.
I think we have played it well. I think maybe somtimes we could check river to induce a shove with a missed FD.
Nov. 23, 2017 | 7:08 p.m.
I wouldnt be 3betting this hand vs MP tight raise, i would rather be 3betting high cards or hands like 3457ds because against someone who looks a fairly tight player all our straight draws are gunna connect with his range, KQJ,KQT.
On the turn this is the exact reason why i dont like raising this type of hand vs a tight raiser. We have connected with our hand but can't bet it.
Ott i would check too and otr i would close my eyes call, but i wouldnt be happy about it.
Nov. 23, 2017 | 3:24 p.m.
I would raise the inital rasier from the btn, has played i would just call sb SQZ and see a flop ip.
On the flop i think we are priced in, providing we aren't up against a set, so i call.
Sb range is gunna be heavy base with AA and he isnt force to have any spades, and co range is FD and can have worse 2 pair.

The very top of my range here vs 3 opponents, Sets, nfd + TP, Naked nfd.
Nov. 19, 2017 | 2:32 p.m.
Looks like hes up his stakes around 15-17k hands and hit a heater. Still nice though...
Nov. 19, 2017 | 1:58 p.m.
I would definitely cbet this board, so many turns we can continue on and keep the pressure up. If i was raised i would look fold due to the passive nature of these stakes.
Bottom line is i to hate check calling oop !!
Nov. 16, 2017 | 3:17 p.m.
I just fold here.
I think we are thinking about our holdem value/iso range here. Even again the most aggro fish we arent going to flop that well in PLO.
Only time i would iso here is if he fold to cbets a high percentage of the time.
Nov. 13, 2017 | 5:11 p.m.
I don't use PJ so i dont know that, i use PPT and i would say 22+ is any pair, if i put the same range in but put 22+ instead of 22 is the it give villain range 37% instead of 48%.
Note - yea looking back villian isnt going to shove any club.
May 4, 2016 | 12:18 p.m.
I agree with a large part of your villain range, but to get 64% eq is generous on your part or a mistake, we have put 22+ which means you think villain is going to shove 33,44,55 etc which he isnt and i don't see many 92s in his range often. We have no spades or clubs in our hand and we block 99,88. So the range i put villain on is 22,JT:cc,JT9Q,Acc:(9,8,2),cc,9:cc,9TJQ:(cc,ss) which gives villain 48.5%.
May 3, 2016 | 10:10 a.m.
Yea i think calling is the most low variance play, but its hard for villain to connect with this board, there is a number of turns which we can DB w/ decent eq.
April 27, 2016 | 11:57 a.m.
I think with a EP raise and one over call i still think btn range is AAxx heavy ip or oop - idk. 4bet is a option, but when we do that are we narrowing his range to just AAxx? I think our hand has enough eq to just call w/ potential top set, nfd and straight draws.
Thanks for your comments

Completely agree, i dont play or like zoom, so i would like to see more regular tables.
Interesting that you didnt think a cbet with an overpair and a fd wasnt good enough to cbet the flop. Apart from a set what flop was you hoping for?
Note, its not a criticism, just interested why you didnt cbet that flop.
