i also think this due to Kc and board being all high clubs. i would x/c turn and then x/r river if he were to bet due to our good blockers. if i understand correctly you just think that his range is too strong for us to ever bluff in this way? really interesting hand imo would like further indepth thoughts from you :P

Whilst discussing preflop stuff with a friend in poker, I mentioned that I only 4bet or fold, when a reg opens and another reg 3bets, and only cold call when a weaker player is involved. He pointed this to be a massive leak and we then had a rather long discussion about loads of specific spots preflop where I may be having trouble.
I don't want to get too much into that conversation here but I am interested in what the general consensus is regarding this area. The most troubling area in my own game was being in the BB facing a re-steal from the SB vs the button. SB 3bet being 18% linear or higher and button opening 50%~ and folding to steals 65%~.
I like to 4bet or fold in this spot, as cold calling I feel would be hard to balance, but after speaking with my friend I now think this may be a leak.
What are you guys doing in this spot? I play 100z and my friend plays 200z as higher on eurosites.

24:25 and more spots, it seems you don't play small suited aces at all when pot is opened already, do you think this is the most +ev? I'd think those are pretty strong hands to at least call and/or balance a 3b range with. What's your opinion on this?

@cawl
If somebody over 25k hands has a 4bet range of 0.5% and you have KK you should fold to their 4bet blind v blind
I found your comment both ignorant and tilting to say the least...
PS: 'if you're* folding'

Although I'm not playing these stakes of zoom, from the stakes I play a HUD is invaluable because some regulars are playing 27/22 opening 70% buttons but way more commonly people are playing 16/10 opening 20%. So defending incorrect ranges allow these players to play so tight as they get action from people who as you mentioned have no specific player reads due to large pool sizes.
With this in mind, what would be your thoughts on investing in hand histories of the zoom pool? In my mind it seems almost foolish to not invest so that when you're so often playing for stacks preflop blind vs button, and you have AK, what is usually a trivial push against any normal regular becomes a snap fold vs a lot of the exploitable nits with a 4bet range of KK+
always knew graftekkel didnt know how to construct a 3b range. found out buddy
