My guess for the solver wanting to raise less when u nodelock OOP to range cbetting flop is that u want to have more traps and probably cannot fold any Ax or even Kx with decent backdoors to that size and turning them into bluffs is less necesary. By raising u give him an easy decision when he has complete air which he is going to have way more when he range cbets than when he bets the correct GTO frequency. That's just my guess.
