Hey all, I'm GillesPatron and I am new to RIO and recently bought an essential membership of 9.99/month.
I bought this the 11th of february, and the first few days I could watch all the videos I was licensed to see.
But the last two days my account suddenly was downgraded to basic and I am not able to see any videos?
