Likewise interested in this.

If 2h rolls off, are you vb'ing, and 2) how do you respond to a shove OTR, either as a raise from villain or a cold shove? Specifically, with such a large sizing, what is the worst hand we can call here?

Does this focus on MTTs, rather than cash?

I don't see the GII range being profitable in NL100/NL200 live cash.

I'm struggling to understand why I should be introducing a non-value 4/5-bet range into my play, except against players who are 3/4-betting often. I just don't see them often enough and at my level it's typically nutted.

In my games at least, I'm not being played back at when I 3-bet with non-value hands. For instance, in BB v BTN I'm aiming to 3bet about 14% of hands, about 8% value and 6% bluff (works at my level).

People are not 4-bet bluffing themselves, it seems: it's pretty much always if they raise they have AA/KK; the lion's share of the time they'll just flat.

I therefore can't imagine being happy stacking off against a 4-bet with AQo. Do I just go with exploitative play, rather than GTO, until I'm against truly thinking players? I'd like to understand the maths of how getting AQo in, to scoop a 4-bet pot, is +ev. As I'm not playing online and therefore cannot be tracked, do I really need to balance the times I have AA/KK.

Any thoughts please?

Wish I could <3 these responses more than once. Thanks for taking the time to go more in-depth into your hands here @stelios serefidis, and of course to all those who took the time into thinking up useful questions! So much to take away...

Awesome video – you're v bright, Steve, and although I can't quite follow the ev calculation math to the point I could apply it easily at the table, this will be very helpful!

Gained a lot from this video, and from the posts from everyone.

If I can add something to the above, I feel this should have gone into the issue of reverse implied odds also (the video, and the post), particularly with the 5-gappers like J 7 but also hands like 67o in the video, where we may lose money from calling the wrong side of the straight – same applies with 2 and 3 gappers also.

One of the risks of playing weak hands OOP is that we can sometimes end up owning ourselves. There's also the issue of becoming too sticky with middle pairs when we're not too deep.
