I would have to side on the more aggressive side with betting 25-35% pot on the flop. The reason we are betting is mostly for protection. BB has random hands that mostly miss this flop and we would love cleaning up our equity now.

UTG has lots of broadway cards that have a K in them, and also have gutshots. UTG also has underpairs to the board that we would like to fold out now (most likely not putting any more money in the pot with the underpair unless they hit a set) I would like to bet small and start charging those hands with the idea of checking back most turn cards.

I think by betting flop we make it much easier on ourselves to play this hand. If we check we allow the other hands to catch-up (assuming they aren't ahead of us), and we also have a chance of getting bluffed off our hand.

I believe you have the best hand here most the time on the flop, but by the river lots can change. Yes, its most likely not a 3 street betting hand, but that doesn't mean checking the flop is the best play. I believe we bet for protection and to see what our opponents do.
