without any reads i ch/c flop and turn and ch/f river. 95% of REGs does not bluff in this spot.
if we know that he is cbetting the flop very often but the turn only with his value hands i like a ch/c lad turn line because he can call his draws on the turn but if we check he would check behind for a freecard. river play depends which card is dealing and against which type of player we are playing against.
as played i lead river for 5$ (if he is a believer) or 12.50$ (if he is a non believer)

i like the 3bet to generate value against his weaker hands.
but i would play postflop mostly fit or fold against a fish. i bet all my top pairs and straight draws.

i would check behind too.
i do not like your 4bet hand. if we know he is calling our 4 bets light i want a wider 4 bet value range. with this wider 4bet value range i would 4bet bigger too to get more value.
i would like to know which hands you call a 3bet with, 4bets for value/bluff and calls a 5bet jam.
