dude dont worry calling a reraise OOP with Q9s is easyly -EV in longrun u might have won even more than a stack while this player did call 3 bets light OOP and this is a mature leak u need 2 exploit just 3 bet him relentlessly in position he will loose so  much money to u. And the times u have a hand will hurt even harder. that was just luck keep useing edges and dont start tilting how often do u flop top 2 in a raised pot? keep in mind ur brain remembers much better bad beats than when u suck out u clearly exaturate noone can have such a bad steak keep trying cheers

i prefer giveig up his range looks like KKor AA  noone folds overpairs ourdays. this board is totally wet guess anyone heros her with pretty much anything ur hand looks like exactly what u have a draw dont think he C/C u twice and then folding to a river bet he gets 2to 1 on a call and therefore u have 2 be bluffing 33% of the time 2 make this call and as it seems u are doing it so he shows a nice profit here. Also the defend of me is a lil bit 2 thin i  prefer much more 2 defend with 89 or 9T than 65. I think u can turn here dont see any reason 2 bet here like i said dont see any fold equety here. if u hit ur flush u can easyly raise the river cause he never puts u on a flush when u check turn

dude thiss i called variance dont get mad happens 2 the best of us. this is a player specific spot i guess there are guys out there who raise with complete air FD bottem pair etc so i wouldnt fold without any reads. But i think u need 2 make more notes and watch players tendencies better if u tilt that lightly there ae guys out there i easily can fold 2 a flop raise. Maybe cut down some tables and make more notes on player till u get a feeling for the playerpool or enough notes that u can play player specific. But if u dont take notes or play something like 12 tables thats a typical variance spot not much u can do. So u shouldn be 2 hard on urself. Without a read i think we have 2 stack of here its even blind on blind the money goes in here way lighter than any other position. try 2 cut down some table and develo reads ur win rate will go to the ruth that what i did for improving my game and it helped alot.

guess clear fold dont see any hand we beat here way 2 many 7s even A7 or K7 are in there ranges they play any 2 cards so no reason 2 think u are ahead

May 21, 2014 | 2:30 p.m.

i dont like the defend here against decend reg utg +1 open but as played  river is an easy ship no hands in his range that beat us. I dont like ur c/r here wwithout the read that he fold to any X/R so there are much better spot for such a move u just have 4 outs and no backdoors we cant even continue on an Ace cause he could have made a straight or 2 pair. And noone fold top pair for a single raise and he has a ton of kings in his range. River is a clear lead he checks way 2 often behind.

May 17, 2014 | 5:34 p.m.

this guy seems pretty loose and i see a ton of Tx in his range  his stats indicate that he doesnt like folding preflop so i think we are beat alot here given that the flop is pretty try i dont know if he really floats every gutshot on the flop. without any reads the calldown is pretty thin but u get pretty good odds. Without any reads i would think about a turn fold even if its pretty nitty.

May 12, 2014 | 5:22 p.m.

i would like a river fold dont see a single hand that comes 2 river which need 2 bluff and when he need 2 bluff he should try 2 rep a flush and normally ppl jam if they rep a flush so i think u can easyly fold ur hand.

May 12, 2014 | 5:12 p.m.

overcards can hit and u put urself in a though spot... thats why u jam lower overpairs

May 12, 2014 | 4:58 p.m.

Im also just here 2 learn so pls take no offence of my posts

May 12, 2014 | 3:21 p.m.

I just meant he opens from HJ and against a solid reg normally we have an equety advantage then he also has the betting lead and we do not hit often enough the flop to continue. the only + Ev thing here is we got position. But we need 2 make a lot of plays for example floats 2 win money cause we do hit about 1/3 of the time then we are also often dominated. ATs i would like more a call AT o i like a raise or fold more. From my experience regs that open from HJ have a range >20%. If u think u can outplay villain often enough a call is ok. But i dont uderstand why u call the river in this spot if u have such a strong read that villain never bluffs u. And thi calls on the river from u make this preflop call a huge -EV preflop call! I know this sound stupid but we all make mistakes like this  we are no high stakes player thats why folding preflop makes this easier. Was no intention 2 harras u.

May 12, 2014 | 3:20 p.m.

but then u absolutely need 2 fold the river if u got such a strong read on villain

May 12, 2014 | 3:07 p.m.

if he is a weak player ur call get + EV thats true

May 12, 2014 | 3:07 p.m.

watch what u posted hj not co!

May 12, 2014 | 3:02 p.m.

this is a player dependent spot if u have no reads and no clue how villain plays u need 2 give himm credit and fold pre. When u add some reads or notes u can easyly make the right decisicon. Easy fold pre. If he has a 3-bet from 3 % it makes no sence 2 call a 3 bet. and as long as u dont know his 3 bet range i would fold.

May 12, 2014 | 2:05 a.m.

why call pre with ATo??? major leak against a TAG who opens utg+1. Easiest fold ever pre and u dont get in  this spot watch ur equaty against his MP opening . If he is not a absolute weak player u will loose a lot of money in the longrun. U hit the best possible flop for ur hand and still loose a lot of money. Just fold pre

May 12, 2014 | 2:01 a.m.

this doesnt look like a bluff 2 me if he wanted 2 bluff why doesnt he just bet the turn after a check/check? this looks like the nuts 2 me. But without any stats and read i guess we cant fold. recommend takeing notes or watch which kind of play this guy uses ( TAG,LAG, Fish) against a tag i like a fold here.

May 10, 2014 | 8:33 p.m.

no which kind of hands u wanna bluff out??? and hat do u rep here? dont see any better hands that u can fold out here which u dont allready beat u have some showdown equety and the pot is small no need 2 bluff just call the river or fold but raiseing makes no sence 2 me here at all.

by raiseing the river u try 2 fold out better hands than yours and i dont see any hands here he can do this with.

May 7, 2014 | 3:25 p.m.

ok what hands call a shove from us??? i think any set, AJ and maybe KQ. So why shove? If u got a read villain is a fish u might think of shoving but against a regular ur never gut if he calls u. With this runout i prefer a call as long as u have no info on villain not even any stats.

May 7, 2014 | 2:14 a.m.

U just beat a bluff board is also paired any full beats u why u wanna bluffcatch here 90% of the time or even more he has a full or flush. i would fold here like allmost allways.

May 7, 2014 | 1:58 a.m.

I would also check and call a small bet but fold 2 a bigger bet.

Villain is a standart TAG 26/20/2,4 AF over 1,3k hands he did not really something out of line. Is this a river call or an fold in a vacuum? Beating some value hands but not much...

May 7, 2014 | 1:41 a.m.

absolutly right i correct myself if he is not hyper agressiv and bluffs ith air here a lot we have 2 fold against the range he reps we are far behind thx opening my eyes chael

May 4, 2014 | 3:47 p.m.

dont think we can fold here specially with the Ad u only loose to 3 combinations of TT dont see any flushs in his range since we block the nut flush and he would fold 55 on the flop. Dont think he calls preflop with KT a 3 bet. even if ur behind we have outs. Think we have 2 call here with the Ad without Ad i might lay down the hand.

May 4, 2014 | 2:33 p.m.

super wet board but we also can be drawing slim if he has 78. I think he is more likely 2 fasplay strong draws cause he is out of position. I think calling and shoveing the turn on a brick could be tricky move here since we are in position.

April 30, 2014 | 11:44 p.m.

getting it in is best here i think its a draw heavy board he can have straight draws, combo draws, pair+ flush draw and some sets but this are just 3 combs. U should be ahead her get it in 2 many scare cards that slow u down

April 30, 2014 | 11:31 p.m.

he had QQ here

villain was a 16/11/2,9/4,7 regular straight forward player. On the turn i thouht range can be AK,AQ,JT,99.

On the river the board paired and the flush came so my thinking was he can have quads her that beat me or im in front cause he would reraise AA,QQ reflop and he woud have folded 88 on the flop. Is this a call or do i lvl myself here?

villan played super agressiv preflop (26/20/0.9/11,1) he 3 bet 2 out of the last 3 hands and 3-bet 13,8% in the big blind. thought the straight came in and i also can rep 2 pair here so i can fold out any 1 pair hand. Is this a good spot 2 turn my hand into a bluff? ecpect pretty much any hand 2 fold ecxapt qq.

I decided to call preflop KQs and decided not 2 raise the flop. think this is standard so far. on the turn 9 paired and since i block 1 king i figgured that my flush draw should be alive sice im only looseing 1 combination of KK,1 of 99 and 3 of 33. on the river the flush came and he leads into me. Can i raise here for value? i guess all lover flushes call and some 9x comps+ some AK cause the board run out so good 2 bluff. Is this a +EV shove in the longrun?
