His 3-bet percentage preflop is pretty high so we can think he doesn't have AQ or KQ in his range (KQ is still more likely than AQ). Usually, people don't call 22 or 33 on the SB. Even if we can see people calling 22 or AQ with his profile, that's rare and I won't suppose it while I don't see it.
So for sure he's not repping much on the flop. Some people can do that with pockets, sometimes with hands that have backdoor draws (like JdTd, …).
I won't fold the flop or the turn, but the river is most questionable.
I think I call on the river because first, as we said, he's not repping much, his line doesn't make any sense and his range is quite polarized from our point of view (without information). Don't forget to take a note.
