Hero ??
Villain is pretty nitty preflop but has lost a couple of buy ins. Been a bit spewy today.
We're getting good odds to call but what does Villain call turn with and lead river that we beat?
Is this just a standard but gross fold as we beat nothing but a bluff and it's hard for him to be bluffing here?

Eff stacks $1,200.
UTG raises to $40, I call from UTG+1 with AdAh6dx, some players behind me call too.
Flop ($230)
Kd7d2h
UTG bets $210
Hero ??
Villain is very aggressive, barrels a lot pretty wide.
Is this is a standard call or fold? Not sure about these spots in PLO. Bare nut flush draw vs heat with players behind me.
Thoughts?
