H1)
I may be wrong, but in a vacuum, I would cbet pretty much 100% of the time here hoping to end the hand here - there are a lot of turns that you are not going to like (Q,J,9, hearts) and likely will need to fold when he bets. I feel this is opponent specific as well - if he is firing on most turn if you check behind, I think you could do it occasionally to protect your checking range.

H2) Maybe I'm too straightforward, but I would probably check here - I think there are about 15 turn cards that improve your hand and all of them look innocuous enough to him so that he may lead or call your turn bet. If a high card come, I think you have no option but to fold

Hand History | Dmi3 posted in PLO: Micro bet into a very wet board
HJ: $143.30 (Hero)
CO: $268.90
BN: $21.50
SB: $62.45
BB: $100
UTG: $40.25
This is rush game. Do not have may notes on the villain, but stats suggest he is loose and aggressive, playing 46/24/8.2 with an AF of 4.5 over 250 hands
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J 9 A K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3, CO raises to $10.50, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $7.50
Thoughts on calling the 3-bet here? Given 8% 3-be frequency, I feel aces are not a great part of his range + given the nutty components, I feel this is a straightforward hand to play, even OOP
Flop ($22.50) 8 J 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $3, Hero calls $3
obviously a scary board, but given the bet size, it is very unlikely he has the straight here (this was probably a misclick, although I have seen players do this to shove after a raise).
Turn ($28.50) 8 J 7 9 (2 Players)

Also as played, I'm inclined to fold the river as well. He is repping pretty much AA only, but without any info on the villain (i.e. how often does he limp with AA pre, would he bet A9 there etc.) it is very a tough call

folding pre seems wrong imo. The hand is not great, but folding a ss rundown on the button is way too tight - with some luck, this hand can flop pretty well (e.g. if the 9 was a J or higher, this would be a a fantastic flop) and decisions post-flop would be pretty straightforward.

As far as this hand is concerned, I think it is a raise/stack off on the flop - the only hand that has us crushed here is a higher rundown with hearts, which would not be a huge part of the Villain's calling range IMO.

I did fold - the limited stats I have on the opponent show an AF of 1.4, but started second guessing this after the session
