Oops I think I messed up that river bluff frequency. If I bet 40 into 60, my bluff frequency should be 40/140 = 28.6%

With respect to being balanced and unexploitable, if I understand correctly... on the river to be perfectly balanced our bluff to value ratio should relate to our bet sizing. So for example if we bet 40 into 60 on the river, our range should be 40% (40/100) bluffs and 60% (60/100) value. First, is this example correct? Second, how would we determine what a balanced/unexploitable turn range is? I would think that the actual equity of our hand would matter and that actually being perfectly balanced with a turn barreling range would be much more complex?
