You mention poker snowie, do you think its preflop ranges are theoretically sound? It seems like everyone uses monker these days and I wasn't sure what is best.

Hi Ben,
Do you think bots (specifically real time software assistance) will make online poker unbeatable in the near future?

I was under the impression that he is talking about the turn not the flop.

Great video as always! At 25:34 you mention having a spade and folding would be a large mistake. Can you explain why?

Poland is great, I really enjoyed Krakow. Northern Croatia is also beautiful and not nearly as expensive as the southern parts. Ljublijana is a hidden gem that no one talks about. Very cheap if you stay outside of the city center.

How do you come up with .1 in EV equates to 1bb/100?

I love all of it. Wish I could play from the US.

Would like to see how opening from different positions affects this, if there's more cbetting smaller going on because of the stronger IP range

I would love to see a 30bb video! Great video, thanks!

Can you comment or do a video on how live MTT professionals survive? After watching this video and factoring in travel expenses it seems impossible, but many of these professionals do exist.
This video was very eye opening for me, thank you!

Yeah I also don't see why he cant have the A8ss. In addition, if you're making the assumption villain is playing a bunch of tables as well and isn't thinking beyond mindlessly being like "yay have good bluff blockers here" he's probably just as likely, upon seeing two nines here, to be on the level of "oh i rep nothing here so shouldn't bluff since i checked back the turn" or what I think most likely happened in the hand: "i have A8ss here and i beat a ton of other 8s! POT!!" In other words, I don't think that read/assumption you gave should be counted for much. I'm not discounting the fact he could be bluffing as much as pointing out I think in order to bluff here villain would more likely be paying attention and knowing he has to smartly find some bluffs here or smartly be paying attention and check back some of those J8s, Q8s combos which I do think he probably opens at higher frequency than he should (especially if again, you think he's multitabling and maybe not as aware of the table's strength).
I love your videos for the detailed analysis and the overthinking, but I do think the overthinking leads to assumptions that sometimes aren't so realistic---at least, I've noticed this same tendency in myself and it's led to mistakes.

Great video! You are very very good at explaining concepts in a clear manner. Can't wait for the next one.

great video. I wish I would have learned this before I went to college!

The last hand with 77... I was surprised that you think villain should check/raise flop here with 77 as this is not something I ever do. I agree that when 77 ck/raises it will have fine equity against button jamming range, but I think 77 performs better by keeping worse hands in and realizing a lot of equity. Additionally, a GTO button should not be c-betting all over card combos making protection less important than on a high frequency c-bet board.
Thanks for the videos, always my favorite to watch.

I did a quick pio sim and it is 100% checking back QT. I am curious to hear a response to this as well!

Great video. I especially liked the comparisons at the end. Very helpful for those with a cash game background.

at 16:00 you decide to c-bet multi way with Jh9h on AcQhTd board. Why do you pick a small sizing? I'm never sure how to approach these situations. I would think since we usually don't have larger than 50% equity overall we should be betting less frequently with a bigger sizing. Is my thinking flawed?
Great video as always.

So good, I was hoping this would be the next step after the first video in this series. This and sauce's video that was similar seems to me to be the future for using software such as PIO
Jan. 19, 2017 | 1:06 a.m.
Love these theory videos. How do you go about making sure you don't get out of hand with c-betting in game. With few exceptions, PIO basically mixes ck and c-bet with every hand.

Really good video. Please make more!

Really enjoyed the video sauce, Do you apply these concepts to recreational players also?
Also do you play gto against recreational players or do you play exploitative sizing depending on your hands? For example are you cbetting third pot IP with ak on a25rb against a recreational player with ak or are you still a 1/3 pot sizing?

great video as always

As someone who doesn't regularly play tournaments, I do like the live play if only for the fact the majority of the value I get from them is just you pointing out how lolbad everyone is and reminding me to adjust accordingly

Additionally: going for the river bluff as a bottom of range play seems best to me, without even considering the timing tells. You said you would like a Ks/Qs blocker but given positions and board runout you have exactly 0 of those combos unless you also flat K9 and never bluff before the river.
At minute 12:27, could you elect to use a probe range with hands such as 7x? I feel like we don't have enough strong hands to develop a polar betting range here.
