I'd like to second WhiteDevil's comment about conceptual focus.  Poker education is in its infancy, but if you look at every other mature field that is taught in school there is a lot more organization in how the subject is taught. I think that video makers should plan out a few specific topics and then tailor their content to teach those topics.  As opposed to the unplanned "stream of consciousness" that took place in this video.  Of course this requires a lot more preparation time on the part of the video maker but the result would be videos that are much more efficient and effective.  

At the very least it would have been nice if Ben had watched through the 100 hand match first and so that his commentary would have been much less halting and more insightful.
