Assuming we're OTB, and the average regular has 16% 3bet from SB/BB - that means we should be defending around 50% (8%) correct?

Well I've been playing with Pokerstove, and I'm finding myself creating a defending range (calling, and 4betting combined) much higher than 8%, and closer to 16% - is this OK?

What adjustments should I be making to my range?

-I like to flat AK (to dominate KQ/AQ/AJ), I also like to flat AA/KK sometimes.

-I added AJo/KJo as a 4bet bluff range because their blocking potential, and I feel that there dominated too much by AK/KQ/AJ if I flat. They also do OK when villain flats the 4bet.

-A4s/A5s is in there so I can shove over a 3bet against players who have been 3betting me alot during the session.

-I'm unsure about having hands like 77-22, 87s-65s, J9s-T8s, KTs, QJs, ATs in my range. Should I be removing any?

I would really appreciate the help!
