Looking for some advice on the best line to take on the turn.
Villain is playing 33/17/0 with an afq of 33, but that’s only over 35 hands, so it’s not reliable. Other than that, no real reads.
Looking for some insight on bet sizing as well, if you have any thoughts.

THis have really depends more on your range than the buttons.
You’re coming over the top here with all or most of your 99-AA. The only other hands in your ep raise that hit this board are Ah-(10h-kh). At the very minimum you need to be coming over the top with these hands to balance your over pairs.
Also, Your range makes this appear like a great spot for opponent to raise your Cbet, since you miss this board a lot.
I’d come over the top small to incentivize him to call with worse draws $150ish and then jam most turns
