What was the reasoning for cbetting large on low boards @ 39:20?

Why were we opening J3o OTB at 19 min? What were you saying about the large 3b sizing adjustments that you make?

I would like to send footage. I play 200NLHE/PLO. May I use OBS? Is there anything else I would need to know? Should I play just one game or may I mix the two?

2/4 (Hold'em)
Villain is a reg playing as high as 10/20. He seems pretty straightforward. He plays flops relatively fit or fold OOP. He tends to fold too much to 3-bets and on dry boards. He has trapped on the flop with some value OOP.
Seat 2 is the button
Seat 2: Villain (723.67).
Seat 3: Hero (668.24).
Player Villain has small blind (2)
Player Hero has big blind (4)
Player Hero received cards: [4h] [Kh]
Player Villain raises (10)
Player Hero calls (8)
I had 3-bet him a ton the last few hands so I decided to just call here. Seems pretty standard.
* FLOP *: [6h 4c 6c]
Player Hero checks
Player Villain bets (16)
Player Hero calls (16)
I considered a donk lead, but this board is better for his range considering its dryness and his stronger range PF.
* TURN *: [6h 4c 6c] [6s]
Player Hero checks
Player Villain bets (40)
Player Hero calls (40)
* RIVER *: [6h 4c 6c 6s] [5h]
Player Hero checks
Player Villain bets (108)
Player Hero folds
Here I thought my range is only somewhat capped. I can still have a 6 or medium pocket pair. This is a decent regular, so he should know better than to try to bluff someone he has been playing for less than an hour. Therefore, I made an exploitable fold. Thoughts?
------ Summary ------
Pot: 135. Rake 1
Sorry, but my site was not supported by the hand converter.

What is your reason behind 3-betting hands like Q9o? I would think that you throw away the equity of this mid-value hand with little gain. The range that calls you has you dominated, and there are far better 3-bet bluffs such as low suited connectors. I am interested to know your perspective. Thank you for the video.

Hey sauce. Can you go into the fold some more @18:40. To me it seems very reasonable to call with the backdoor draws and K-high's equity on a paired board. What went into the thought process on flop there?
Yes. I always assumed J3o was too weak. Would you play J2o? How about T3o? The 3bet sizing makes sense. Thank you for your response.
