At what point do you think a good(!) mtt reg will be playing any of the mentioned semibluffs different? Just giving up river? size diff turn etc?.

This hand is against a solid good mtt player, havn't played long at the table and we don't face each other often on this site so no back info.
I have him at 20 value combos with AQ+99+33 and a 50% weight on AJ.
I have 16 possible bluffs that are missed flushdraws. QhJh,QsJs,QhTh,QsTs,JhTh,JsTs,Jh8h,Js8s,Th8h,Ts8s,8h7h,8s7s,7h6h,7s6s,6h5h,6s5s.
We're getting 2.47:1 meaning he should be bluffing around 6 combos here? Even if we exclude some of his bluffs that have some SD like QJ-QT we could still be looking at 12 combos of bluffs if he never give up without sd.
Should we always call here not blocking FD?
I would strongly suggest checking out Sean leforts videos; Loads of good stuff in there
