Lol. I just realized I opened a 2+yr old thread.

This is the reason I keep to preflop GTO sizing in live games.I get the strangest looks, but it makes playing post flop that much simpler, especially deep stacked. If you open 2-2.2 BB they should still raise 3x +/- 0.5 but it keeps the pot smaller which you would prefer as the OP player.
If they always 3 barrel you are going to have to start calling with some hands that feel gross to call with. Multi-way pots generally make people behave so you have to defend less, but generally, if this player sees you as fold happy he is going to continue with this aggression.
Pay attention to their showdown hands when you are not in the pot. Figure out the composition of hands they bet and then make adjustments.
If they cbet too often, you can call a 3bet with hands at the bottom of your value 4b range rather than 4betting and evaluate the flop and turn and river. If they 3b too wide, you need to add 4b bluffs. If they over call IP to 4b then just go linear with your 4b. You can also xr more if they 3b wide AND cbet too frequently. Just because they have position, doesn't mean you can't put them in tough spots too.
1000 BB deep I'm pure calling QQ pre and probably folding it on the river half the time when I get there as played. I could even be convinced on certain board textures to fold on the turn sometimes.

I am not a mid stakes player, but I don't think this is an appropriate question for low stakes.
When solvers provide a mixed solution for a hand preflop, the expected solutions are zero EV. The solver assumes perfect GTO play post flop. As humans we cannot play perfect post flop, nor is our opponent able to. To me this suggests that playing these hand in reality are not going to be zero EV. What would be the effect on our overall strategy if we removed all our hands preflop that play mixed strategies?
Ergo, our playing range loses value in that our opponents fold more pre and post flop.
