so less worry to get check raised.

99,88 doesn't block SB's XR range , and I would hate of my life get check raised
instead just checking back and realize my equity.

This could be changed vs rec.

board is not super wet , IP can estimate turn easily with weaker floats either , less protection needed.

maybe protect crap regions by just calling strong holdings.
f.e) we can protect 65s BDFD by just calling AJ , JJ , 77 etc

before you node lock , 76s unblock OOP's folding range (87s/76s/77 already bluffed OOP himself)
after you node locked OOP check whole 7x , IP wants to prevent hit reverse odds Outs OTR.
like 77 sets vs 76s 2P.
at pre , 76s and 87s are not a high freq 3B, so even if OOP check entire 7x OTT ,
there's less effect to block folding range on IP's shoes.
It's more effective to attack OOP's JJ-QQ with b67~75 w 7x w/o "no worry equity denied bluff"
pure checking back 65s would be because already 76s gets higher freq bluff compare to OG sims, so therefore don't want to be too aggressive on stab frequency

you can see that PIO bets 55, 88 with hearts low freq.
I guess because PIO turn 5h5x into bluff sometimes when the heart gets there.

GTO wizard is v strong tool and also very good for live poker player IMO
you can access to SIM whenever you want and you don't need good spec of computer.

But tbh the only thing worth using in GTO wizard is Elite feature and that's just extremely expensive.

learning PIO setting and studying how to handle PIO is always good

because still lots of best pros think that PIO is best solver . and you can save your money a lot compare to subscription type web solvers

I don't think we are necessarily at the top of our range but I do somewhat cap our opponent as he jams turn with a lot of his value since we are showing so much strength.

I would prefer calling more often 2pair+ than jamming because on BvB spot both player's range is so wide and I want to keep OOP's range wide and let him bluff often OTR.

The issue with jamming is I don't think we necessarily have a lot of bluffs and we block his calling range.

I think this is much more player dependent.
If BB is good player then he must turn low SDV hands in to bluff as C-C-B line
hands like stuff like KJ , QJ , QT , Qc3c etc.
iirc my opponent was too sticky on whole street so I rather prefer B-B-B with my TPTK.

Board looks thin B-B-B with AK, but since I started cb with POT OTF, there won't be a lot of made hands to my opponent OTR.

I believe most reg and I prefer 25~33% cb sizing here.

but you can check 29:14 PIO range bet even if we set up 50% sizing on the flop.

you can check on 30:32 that PIO checking range 70%+ after 50% CB OTF.
so therefore we have some incentive to bet AQo here (which i don't prefer either w/o double suits) to give OOP maximum pressure against to mid pair and pocket pair regions. (AJ would take hard time I guess)

But I think there's a gap here between the real world and the solver world. Because I don't know exactly if SB always does range bet 50% on K99tt or with only certain hands.

I would estimate some HUD stats and notes and keep it simple with XB non double suited AQo here before I get some read against OOP.

If i have some exact read that he range bet 50% OTF then I can RNG stab here stuff like AsQd and would take a benefit from his relatively weaker checking range OTT.

I think it's because when SB arrives the river with XC-X-X line, the range when humans arrive OTR, and the range when wiz or pio OTR is so different. Actually, pio or wiz would play very aggressively OTF like JT5tt, so I don't think the range will be protected at all when they arrive OTR with XC-X-X.

It's mentioned in the video, I think 9h8h is good because it doesn't block the opponent's bluffing range a lot.
I can't turn on sim right now so I'm not sure exactly, but I expect SB should barrel more JdTd, JcTc instead of always barrel JhTh or JsTs on the turn, so I don't think reverse implied odds of IP would be super big when 8 cames on the river. For T9, since SB barrel KJ on the turn is quite free from being denied equity by IP's shove OTT , reverse Implied odds seems a bit bigger when T cames on the river. I think A9 is a slam dunk call on the turn. Because it blocks the value range very well and has clean two pair outs

I was getting very tired of myself because I spent a very long time sitting in front of the computer playing online poker and not doing anything other than going into lab after session. I always wanted to go on a trip somewhere, but I couldn't afford it because I wanted to go up as soon as possible in the poker scene.

In the meantime, I had a live tour schedule in Japan, which is very close to Korea, and a few days ago, I went to live tour + trip for the purpose of refreshing

I exchanged quite a lot of yen for the 3 most expensive tournaments, but I failed ITM for every event LOL. 4.5K dollar blowed up , but I still had fun memories

I upgraded grinding enviornment

After installing the monitor arm, I have almost 0 physical strength to do anything else that day

My goal for july

It's a lot late to set a goal for July, but basically it's to exercise consistently and play high-quality games.

To set a goal to become a better person in August, I will aim to read a book for at least an hour a week, even if I don't finish a book during the remaining 12 days

I paid for personal training and I work out with my exercise coach. It's always very annoying to go out of the house to exercise, but when I arrive at the gym and exercise, I feel very good

the last four, or perhaps you aren't even winning on the last hour of

I think this is so true.
As I go toward the second half of the session, even with a small bad beat, I sometimes get annoyed by myself, maybe because of the lack of physical strength in the session compared to the beginning.
So I'm actually focusing on quality rather than volume these days and I think this is good in many ways.

I wouldn't say either of these are a bad habit, I would say neglecting
your social life and health are much bigger issues than listening to
music while you grind or checking your results. Fwiw I do both, but I
make sure to listen to music that doesn't have lyrics (or if they do,
then they have to be very relaxing playlists). I check my graph
throughout the session too.

Yes, I also enjoy listening to music without lyrics. Especially, I like guitar music, so I enjoy it. Sometimes when I running bad, even guitar music without lyrics gets in my way, which makes me annoyed. So these days, when I'm about to feel bad, I turn off the music altogether. For graphs, I check them every 1 hour and 30 minutes. I think each pro has different opinions on "checking the graph," but like you, I check the graph to check and carry out my own condition. I'm a little relieved to hear that you have the same habit
