I think you played it well. I would, however, make it bigger preflop. Make it like 2 dollars or something.

Another nice video, thank you. Have you considered adding a third or fourth table to get more interesting spots to talk about? Once in a while there are a few "dead air" moments.

Nice video, I liked it. Have you considered playing Zoom for more action/spots to talk about?

With my still limited understanding of poker tracking software it looks correct to me.

Ah ok, thats what I thought, just had to me sure that I was getting it right.
Thanks for showing me this. I folded since every single time this has happened (small 5bet) and we have gotten it in pre, they have had AA. But nice to know that the population sometimes spaz out, it will make me think a little harder the next time a spot this like comes up.
Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. I put him exactly on QQ which is why I called.
But I also think that you're spot on with your analysis, so I should have probably folded since I am probably beat more often than not.

I agree with Kuduku, you could go smaller on turn, even like 1/3 pot and still have a nice pot(ish) sized jam on the river. But I think you played it just fine.

I really like your analysis, and thank you for your reply.
The reason why I bet about 1/3 pot on the river, was because it has worked VERY well on NL10 especially for me on about a 40k sample size. I generally feel that people like to call the rivers way more light, than they do value betting light.
Against regs I usually wouldn't take this line of play, i'd bet a bit more on the river; perhaps 60%(ish) percent. But against the field this play has worked very well for me.
And people at these stakes VERY rarely go for value with marginal hands. I guess you could call my hand marginal but I am trying to valuebet more thinly as of late when I think I have the best hand.

That was my thought process as well, though I got really confused when he started chatting. And I agree that those kind of plays are really strong, but still wanted another opinion. Thanks a lot!

I think I'd start off with a check-call on the flop since the btns range is significantly strenghtened given he called your 3bet. This will work in 2 ways, pot control since you don't want to bloat the pot too early, even with a nut flush draw, AND it will keep in his bluffs.
If villain has a hand like AcTc, on the flop you only have 34% equity, even if he only has an Ace your equity is only 37.7%.
Generally I have learned to give an insane amount of credit to raises in NL10 and lower since the player pool as a whole don't bluff enough and very rarely raises for other than value.

I am really enjoying your videos, they have helped me a lot!

Great video. I really enjoyed the HH-review in the latter part of the video. You analyze the hands very clearly without breaking them down too much, and talking about every single hand for a long time. It makes it very easy to stay engaged througout.
I am looking forward to your next video!

I didn't have any hands on the villlain before this point. A few, but not enough to help in this case.
The reason I bet so small was to target his air hands, that didn't connect on the board, thinking that I could maybe get a call from any two cards here, since there alreay is a boat on the board.

I really liked that analysis, it made a lot of sense. Thank you for taking the time!
