The instances were the same in whole cards and community, which meant that the error was software derived...

To be clear, I had an old account that wasn't working to deposit; I removed the money from that account and played a fresh set of 500 hands which played the same except for a few variations, when I folded. The non poker moves were people shoving with strange hands, which could be attributed to poor players. The coincidence of being given the same hands identically across two accounts seems excruciatingly strange.
When I talked to the moderator, they said that 1 that there position was that Carbon was fair per the rules of their license agreement.

I have played about 500 hands on Carbon Poker in April 2014 and again about 500 hands in April 2015...
all of the hands were identical both times. Every single card and player... bets the same, results mostly the same, except for a few folds which caused a few dollar variation. Skill might show slight variation, but some plays seemed apparent for the fact that they didn't appear to be poker moves. To be clear, I am playing on 10/25 and 5/10. But the catch is that the days and nights that I played were a little different.
The run of play seems more linear than randomly generated and I don't know if that is because it is easier burden for software purposes:
A) given the volume of players
and B) given that the majority of there players are located in the US so that they don't seem to have much potential further pull away from the bigger rooms.
