* decided to check back since didn't want to face a 2bet and trying to underrep my hand (like 77-JJ) *

RIVER: Ax
SB: Checks again
HERO: bets 50

* Since my hand is underreped I def think i could get some (thin) value against AK AJ hands I decided to go for small value, still I was a bit scared about a trap because of the preflop action but thought checking back was def too passive *

SB: reraises to 210
HERO: couldn't figure out what to do.. Since I was blocking full houses aces and queens (total 2 combo's left), tanked for a while and thought maybe he is turning KK (or even JJ) into a bluff..

Hey guys,

After playing 50k hands on zoom 50NL and 100NL, I have some questions iI need your help! 

if you raise preflop from BT or CU (or even Hijack) and someone 3bets you, what hand should you play (or not)
if he has - 3 betting 5+ % range and you're IP/OOP - 3betting 10+% and you're IP/OOP - no info at all? 

cause i think i call too many weak hands IP in the hope I get paid when i hit my trips with low pair or make a good hand with 89s ect.. can you guys please give some tips about this?
