Since he is a fishy player it's okey to 3 bet him with kjoff but u should expect that he would call very wide more than 7% of his ranges probably his ranges will be wider.
That board is not so favorable to u, true u have a top pair advantage but he's range have more set's than u have and both of u have flush draws obviously
The turn u could mix against good players but against fishy player a call is better since u have decent odds even if he have some flushes or two pairs
River is questionable but it's can't be that bad

If you're deeper it's make more sense but100bb u can call 44-10, A5s-A10s, k8s-k10s, Qjs-Q10s, J10s-j9s, A10off Ajoff kJ-kqoff.
The problem will start on the flop since u will be honest in a multi way and rarely realized ur equity.
Most of the time u wouldn't now where u at and u will start playing a guessing game
