Only just noticed his 4 bet sizing. I can't fold to this but don't think I 5bet either.

I would fold to the 4bet pre flop OOP (maybe too nitty) but his 4bet from these positions screams KK/AA as he's most likely just going to flat your 3bet with QQ and he will have very few bluffs, if any in this spot.

Agree with this, 100bb deep in a vacuum this is a 5bet shove.

This is even more so the higher the stakes you are playing, since there should be tougher opponents who have 4 bet bluffs in their range especially BTN vs SB ranges.

Funnily enough this exact spot came up for me last night actually at 10NL but ran into Aces haha! But I'll do it everytime unless I know they're a huge nit.

5 bet fold for me I think.

His range can still be loaded with bluffs and if you call, you are basically hoping to hit an A or K or a draw and have to play fit or fold postflop and likely forced to fold the best hand OOP.

If you 5 bet he can call with weaker hands and you have the initiative to barrel on favourable boards when missed and force him out.

When an unknown 6bets 200bb deep, maybe this is where he stops messing around and we can safely fold.

However I mainly play 100bb deep so can't comment with any experience, just wanted to state my opinion and see what everyone else thinks.
