Ok ill try to answer this. first, one cant tell you that stealing a lot is generally good or that 3betting a lot is generally good ....it is always very dependent on situations and that is what makes it difficult to help you here with some general tips. My advice would generally be to study the game in every aspect: try to play your best in the early stage aswell as in the late stage without being extraordinary loose or tight, wothout specific reasons. In my opinion mtts are very similar to cashgame until it comes to the bubble therefore you can play the same (obviously considering antes and bubble later on)
My advice would be to talk to other players who play ur stakes that always helps a lot
