sometimes poker is boring and you easily get bored and aggitated so you'll end up losing everthing you earnt.
it happens to me all the time

i find that do only small amount of games per day is the best and only play when i'm in the right state of mind. cold shower/

also sport make you on better state that could benefit to your poker.
