i think if villain have AA he will not bet flop, like you, if he have almost the nuts, he want to trap you.
i think villain can have AJ+ JJ+ KQ(if loose)

easy fold mate, y have 7,5:1 to find your set, and with that raise he should have something like 99+, AJ+(in my opinion) and you are loosing and fliping almost in every scenario.
