Hey man, one thing i noticed (also from your other post, about the bluff catching) is that you go for the 33% on the flop. This is normally pretty fine, but i always tend go bigger on wet flops like these. You will generate more fold equity. Villain can have tons of draws here. Especially since he's pretty short, so the spr is also pretty low. This of-course since you also 3bet him pre. I would definitely go for it with this hand, villains in these pools tend to show up with a lot of missed draws, 10x, 88, 99, JJ type hands. You want to be playing for stacks with your turned top pair imo.

Would also fold due to the shortie behind. Fine as played.

Do you have any stats on villain?

Preflop i think i prefer a 3bet or fold. As played, BB is getting a very good price to join along as well, which he does. This hand has lots of potential and plays well in a 3bet pot, but i prefer to get HU vs the initial raiser.

As played, the c-bet seems fine. Agree with Samu, sizing could b a bit smaller. When he check raises you, his range becomes pretty polarized and is weighted towards hands that have you beat, or have better equity than you. Think sets, open enders, flush draws, AJ, KJ, two pairs etc. Think i would look at his flop AF here to consider my next move. Giving up seems too weak tho, the call looks fine.

His turnbet is really small tho, did you consider check raising him here? Peeling here is fine. But not a lot of rivers you cold move forward with imo.

River i would just check behind. You have showdown value. What are you trying to accomplish with this shove? You're only getting called by better.
